The Beach Breeze Inn is open year round. We offer 21 rooms here at the Inn including more standard queen bed rooms, one and two bedroom suites, studios and efficiency apartments.  All of our rooms have refrigerators, private baths, flat screen cable televisions, hair dryers and complimentary wireless internet access.

We require the following during the months of July and August:

  • A  two night minimum stay for all queen bedded rooms.  

  • A three and four night minimum stay for all multi-bedded rooms. 
  • A 7 night minimum stay for all of our efficiency apartments

  • A  four night minimum stay for all rooms the weekends of July 4th and August 14th (Falmouth Road Race)

  • There is a two night minimum on weekends for the entire Inn during our shoulder seasons.

  • Rates are based on a per room basis and, as always, children are welcome and stay free.  Any additional mattress in a room will be subject to an additional fee of $25 per night plus tax.


Reservation Information and Policies


Deposit Policy

All reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a prepaid deposit of 50% of entire stay with a minimum or the full amount for a single night stay.  Any reservations made within 30 days will require a full prepay.  A credit card is utilized at the time of booking to secure the required deposit.  You will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation in full at the time of check-in with the deposit applied to the last half of your reservation.  Once we process your deposit, we will email you your reservation confirmation.  Please verify your arrival and departure dates and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.


Cancellation Policy

On any cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival, deposit will be forfeited.  For any cancellations received within 30 day, the remaining balance due will be charged to your credit card. 

On all stays 4 nights or more in duration, any cancellations received over 60 days in advance of arrival will forfeit deposit only.  On cancellations 60 days or less, the remaining balance due will be charged to your credit card.

Late cancellations have a significant impact on us due to our seasonal nature, size and location.  We do not refund due to inclement weather, medical emergencies, or transportation cancellations.


Please be aware that we strictly adhere to our policies.


Payment

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, money orders and cash are all accepted for final payment.

Beach Breeze Inn is a NON-SMOKING establishment.

Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets as Beach Breeze Inn is the home of Oatz, our mixed breed mascot.  We do know of kennels close by and would be happy to assist you in making vacation reservations for your pet.
