When driving to the Cape, it is suggested that you take
the Bourne Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal.  

Follow Rt. 28 South 13 miles to traffic light.

Go straight through light 0.5 mile.

Take left onto Route 28 South at "Queens Buyway" sign.

Follow through downtown Falmouth 0.6 mile.

Take right onto Shore Street (Barbo's Furniture Store on corner).

Beach Breeze Inn is located 0.6 mile down Shore Street on right, 100 yards before the Ocean.

FROM BOSTON:

Follow signs to Interstate 93 South take exit 24 onto Route 93
Follow to Route 24 South for (12.6 miles)
Take exit for Route 495 South for (19.9 miles)
Route 495 South becomes Route 25 East - follow all the way to the Bourne Bridge (9.9 miles)

FROM PROVIDENCE:

Follow signs to Interstate 195 East towards Massachusetts
Exit onto Route 25 East via Exit 22A towards Cape Cod for (43.9 miles)
Follow all the way to the Bourne Bridge (10.1 miles)
