Reservation Information
Deposit Policy:
All reservations
require a prepaid deposit of 50% of entire stay or full
amount for one night stay,
including Massachusetts State tax. Deposits may be made by mailing a check or money order for the amount
determined. You will be required to pay the remaining balance of your reservation in full at the time of check-in with
the deposit applied to the last half of your reservation. Deposits by credit card may be made only within
one month prior to
arrival. All reservations made within one month must
supply a valid credit card number and the normal
cancellation policy will apply. Once we receive your
deposit we will e-mail you
your reservation confirmation. please verify your arrival and departure dates and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Cancellation
Policy:
On any cancellations received 30 days or more in advance
of scheduled arrival, deposit will be refunded less one
night's stay
service charge. For any cancellations received within 30 days,
there are no refunds. For efficiency apartment rentals, cancellations must be
received 60 days in advance of arrival to receive
refund equal to 50% of original deposit. Any
cancellations received within 60 days of arrival date
will forfeit their deposit. Late cancellations have a significant impact on
us due to our seasonal nature, size and location. We do not refund due to inclement weather, medical emergencies, or transportation cancellations.

MasterCard, Visa,
money orders and cash are all accepted for final payment.

Beach Breeze Inn is a NON-SMOKING establishment.
 
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets as Beach Breeze
Inn is the
home of Oatz, our mixed-breed mascot. We do know of
kennels close by and would be happy to assist you in
making vacation reservations for your pet.
